Rehoming family of doves

This is for 6 doves: a couple and their 4 children.
They are stored in a 6-compartment cage, although the divider for the top two is removed for the couple to occupy that space. Each of the children are in their own cage to prevent them from violence. Only one of them lays eggs (unfertilized The mother sometimes does. Only the original couple makes noise. The two youngest have a slight deformity in a foot, but they can walk and fly fine.
The story is that my sister decided to get two doves. She got my mom jazzed about it. I found out about this only after they made the deal and were waiting for the birds. If I were asked, I would have said no because I know all responsibility would fall on me. And thus it came to pass. Mom is too old to care for them and my sister practically ignores them. Im the only one who interacts with them, and I care for them the best I can. They deserve a much better, more loving environment.
Birds will come with the cage, bags of bird food, plastic scoops. No cost but they must be picked up. Im sure they have long lives ahead of them: they deserve to live theyre loved, wanted, and cared for.
