He's a typical cockatoo, loud, destructive and needy! Unfortunately he has bonded with me and I'm not home enough and it's causing negative effects on him. He self mutilates his wings therefore he can not fly. He plucks at his belly and is pretty bare at the moment. He will ONLY go to someone who understands the needs of a cockatoo and who has more time to give him than I do. He talks, dances, screams and more. Loves to snuggle. As much as this breaks my heart, he deserves more than I can give him with my job. I am seeing the negative affects of me not being home and it breaks my heart more than the thought of finding him someone else that can offer him what I can't. He will come with his cage and toys.
