Looking for a loving new home for Male Australian shepherd -- $300

Rex is a 4-year-old male Australian Shepherd who deserves a loving, patient home.
He is crate trained and has always been a wonderful companion. He spends most of his days outside and comes inside when the weather is bad. He stays inside at night.
Rex has been good with kids and other dogs and is a very loyal, protective boy. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, some neighbors have been taunting him, and it has caused him to become more reactive and protective. Lately, he has started growling at people, so I want to find him a home where he can feel safe, calm, and loved.
I believe Rex needs someone who understands Australian Shepherds and can give him the time, structure, patience, and secure environment he deserves. This is an incredibly difficult decision, and I want to make sure he goes to the right homenot just any home.
