Chachii has taught beginner lessons, on and off lunge-line, and in roundpens or open field, or hacking down a busy road. He wont even spook and break if other horses around him are freaking out and acting like ahats! (Unless cattle are involved - but even then, he will shake in place, prance a bit, and wait for your "GO command - and then, hold on he will save your life by keying in to his winning races Chachii has USDF scores at Training and 1st level in the mid seventies - he is the horse that you could get your bronze medal on. He is coll, clam, and collected. He LOVES to work and only wants to make you happy and proud of him. While Chachii will do ANYTHING you ask of him, he is terrified of cows and doesnt really like to jump. He has been cross-country scholling and did anything we requested - he just likes dressage more. I bought Chachii less than 1 week after his last race as a project and then I became ill. Through it all, I was able to school Chachiithrough 2nd level (not perfect, but he was about 2 months from being ready to compete He is my steady-eddy. I can pull him out of the field after 6 months off and get right on and go. Even for the beginners, he is easy to catch and ride - no prep needed. Unfortunately my health is not improving enough, and I hate seeing Chachii go to waste in my fields. The only maintenance he needs is front shoes with pads.
