Daily responsibilities will include the following: developing and implementing a plan for coaching and teaching daily living skills, toileting, dressing, bathing, providing companionship and opportunities for leisure activities and exercise, and providing constant supervision to ensure a safe and secure environment for this individual. Attendant will also plan, prepare, serve, and supervise meals as needed. Applicant must have reliable transportation to report to shifts on time and to transport the individual to and from scheduled activities outside the home as needed. Applicants must be licensed and bonded, show proof of certified training and experience with autistic adults with intellectual disabilities, be CPR certified, and be willing to submit to a background check. Applicant must be able to commit to a schedule that may vary from day to day and week to week. There are NO additional benefits with this position.
