Stud FeeThe stud fee must be paid in full immediately after the male successfully breeds the female.
Repeat Breeding GuaranteeIf the female does not become pregnant, the female owner may return for one repeat breeding on the next heat cycle at no additional cost. This applies only to the same female.
Pup-Back DealIf the Pup-Back option is chosen instead of the cash stud fee: The same breeding process applies. North Bully Pits of Canada receives second pick of the litter.
Minimum Litter Clause If the litter produces fewer than 4 puppies, North Bully Pits of Canada will not take a puppy from the litter. The pup-back agreement will still remain in effect, and the female owner will owe the pup-back deal price instead.
Breeding Terms Up to two breedings during the females heat cycle may be provided. All breedings are done by agreement and both parties must follow the stud service terms.
