Beautiful goffins cockatoo (beloved) -- $800

Due to unforseen health issues I have to rehome all 3 of my parrots. Harry My Goffins cockatoo is around 20 years old with 60+ more years ahead of him. He is very timid and will not step up however he will let you pet him. He will come to you and put his head down so you can scratch his head. He loves his crest being played with. He is a very good boy and has never bit me. That's not saying he won't bite because he's a wild animal and that is always a risk until you learn to read their body language. He comes with a large cage as well as an avian light (needs a new power adapter as he got ahold of it) he does not like toys hanging from the top of the cage. What i do is fill a box with a ton of different bird safe shredded paper and various toys and put it at the bottom of his cage. He loves to go down there and rip it apart piece by piece.
These parrots are expensive to maintain and the cost of obtaining him will be one of the cheapest costs associated with him. If you ask for a lower price I will just assume you cannot afford the cost of owning a larger parrot. Im charging what im charging to ensure he goes to a home that will take his husbandry seriously.
He is on a full pellet and chop diet no seeds besides sunflower seeds only for training as it is the highest value treat to him.
He is beautiful and fully feathered with snow white perfect feathers. I have never clipped his wings and I would suggest you not do that as well. He walks around the house more than anything else but can get across the house with 1 flap of his wings.
Cockatoos are very loud and busy birds. You must have experience with large birds and cockatoo experience would be absolutely preferable as they are not birds for just anyone. There's bird people and then there cockatoo people.
