ISO - Service Dog Prospect -- $300

Hello,
I am on the search for my service dog prospect after years of researching. My therapist did also write a "prescription" for one.
Unfortunately right now my budget is a bit low, but some of my best dogs have been free/low end pups.
What i am NOT looking for - Pitbull/Bully type breeds (I have two mixes in my house already Australian Shepherds (Unfortunately they dont mix with my anxiety German Shepherds (same as Aussies puppies with parents with known anxiety/overprotective temperaments, any pups with parents/past puppies with aggression
I felt i should list those first so as not to waste time. This puppy will be trained for my PTSD (non First Responder/Military) and psych related with possibly some mobility related tasks dependent on size.
I am looking for anything up to a year old.
Pricing as I said is low at the moment. My fiance has had no income due to a diagnosis od end stage kidney failure and we wont get his disability until the end of June. If someone will accept payments, I do have a reference for that.
Right now my max is about $300, depending on location/meet spot I can potentially go higher. If payments, I can go higher.
I live in a 3 bedroom house with a yard, but its not fenced. We live right near a dog park and a regular park.
