It such a blessing to be able to witness them make their discoveries up close & personal. Will be ready to go to new homes around July 16th, perfect time for training with kiddos home for summer break My husband and myself run a small breeding program who will be providing only 1-2 litters/year. First and foremost, our dogs are our dearly loved pets before anything else meaning their health & well being will always be our top priority and this is. In this program, we strive to create healthy, well-rounded, loving Golden Retrievers who will fill your lives with the abundant amount of devotion, happiness, and love; as they have done for me since I was a teenager. Between my 4 siblings and myslef, there are a total of 19 children in our big family. With that being said, I ensure our pups are properly socialized, very well cared for, and thoroughly loved on before heading out into their new homes. We try to socialize and desensitize them with a large diversity of different objects+sounds as much as possible. We find this is best so we can encourage positive behavior to new things vs developing skittish behaviors & fear of other animals, loud children, fireworks, trains, etc. We also will be practicing individual crate training on each puppy for a couple of hours at a time (beginning at 6 & 1/2 weeks) to make it easier for each puppy's transition into their new homes. Puppies will not be chosen until 8 weeks of age(which study shows that this is where their personalities are settling in thus creating an easier way to select a pup that best fits your family/lifestyle. I will be taking notes on each individual puppy's behavior/personality throughout their 8 weeks spent with mom & I, which will be presented to each family during their puppy appointment All puppies will come with Limited AKC, microchipped, complementary 30 day AKC pet Insurance, UTD on age appropriate vaccinations, a blanket with mom's scent, a toy, and a large freezer baggy of Diamond Puppy Food to hold over a few nights (In case you want to change food type, it will be enough to introduce small amounts of the new food mixed in with their current kibble over a 3-5 day span to avoid Diarrhea We do require a nonrefundable $300 puppy deposit within 3 days to hold your place for the litter you've requested. Your puppy deposit is applied towards your final puppy price; meaning you would only pay the remaining cost upon puppy pick up. picks will be done in the order that your deposit was received. If there is a life circumstance that occurs in which prevents you from being able to take on your puppy when pick up time approches, then you do have the option to switch your deposit to a different litter. I would just like to stress again that the puppy deposit is "Nonrefundable" and this is to ensure that our puppies are going into homes who has done their homework on this breed and are 100% commited to them from the start. You can stay on the waiting list for up to 1 year for those families who need more time. Deposits can be made by Cash, Venmo, or cashiers check.
