Needs a new home

Hello thank you for your time to look at Raya. I'm trying to find her a new home , we can not keep her due to financial issues. She is a very sweet girl who can be anxious when something new is happening. She does best with predictability she does get along well with kids and other animals. She loves to be around people. She does try to chase our cat to play but has never hurt her. We have been able to keep he out of the cage with out her being distuctive. The only issues that we really have come across is her skin she is allergic to fleas and we are trying our best with everything we can afford. We haven't been able to afford to bring her to the vet. As heart braking as this is for us it not fair to keep her when she could find someone who can love her and take better care of her. We found her chained up outside and was skin and bones but has made a lot of progress of gaining weight she likes. She loves to look out the window as well
