message twincamnomad about this ad Hes an energetic, loving young dog who thrives on exercise and outdoor adventures. He loves car rides, rivers, lakes, oceans, forests, and parks anywhere he can explore and be part of your day. He may look intimidating at first, but he is extremely affectionate, loyal, and naturally protective of his family in a healthy, balanced way. Im rehoming him because Ill be moving in March to a building with strict height restrictions for pets, and hes already past their limit. I have until March to find him the right home, so Im taking my time he will only go to the right person or family. He does very well with other dogs. Hes still a big, clumsy puppy, but he adjusts how he plays whether hes with tiny dogs or large ones. Hes been well socialized from a young age and doesnt have issues around other intact males. He is solid on-leash and off-leash. Hes curious about cats but hasnt lived with one. When we meet cats outdoors, they usually run away quickly, so he hasnt had the chance to learn proper cat behavior yet. The youngest child he has played with is 8, but he has also calmly allowed younger kids (around 2) to pet him when they werent in a stroller. Hes unsure about strollers right now, but thats easy to work on in the right home. He is also well-behaved when left home alone and doesnt chew or damage anything in the house. He is fully house-trained, loves his toys, and has a funny habit of carrying them from his toy bucket to his bed or mat instinctively avoiding hardwood floors. Hes trained to stay off all furniture and human beds, though hell gently ask for permission to put his paws on the bed to rest his head on your legs for a quick cuddle. Hes healthy, of good weight and height, up to date on all vaccinations, and currently not neutered. His new family can decide whats best for him. Hes a fantastic dog; adventurous, affectionate, protective, and smart. Im looking for a home that will appreciate him and give him the space, structure, and love he deserves. Adoption Fee: $1,500.
