message samm418 about this ad Male Sun conure 5 years old looking for a new home. He has been our pet for almost 4 years now. Unfortunately our dog who is 3 has never grown out of wanting to eat him. We cannot take him out and leave him out as often as we would like as she wants nothing more than to eat him. We do our best to keep them separated but have had too many close calls. He comes with cage, hes a good boy and was handled daily for years by the whole family. He recently started becoming more territorial while in his cage but once out of the cage he is sweet as can be and will fly from one person to another. Due to the dog and trying to keep them separated he just isnt getting the attention he needs. I think once he is able to have his cage open and able to fly around again the cage aggression will stop. He is not clipped and never has been. We have had him outside and has never flown off. He loves beatboxing, kisses and can mumble good boy. We are sad to rehome him but would hate to see the alternative happen. message samm418 about this ad |
