Meet Oak! Saint Bernard mix, unfixed male, born June 2024. UTD on all shots, leash-trained, house-trained, potty-trained. He is a barker at our fence line - so very good security dog. We have other dogs and hes great with them, but hes not good with stranger dogs, so a no-kid, single dog home is best for him now. Hell be totally fine with cats. Hes good with chickens too - but hell steal all their eggs if youre not careful! Hahaha
Up front info: we had a bite incident involving my toddlers face, which needed stitches. This was not Oaks fault! My son stepped on his tail and Oak responded poorly. It just sucks for everyone involved. The ER did not report us since he is UTD on all his shots and this was a first-time bite by our own dog. Still, I dont want my son or my dog to be in this position again, so Im choosing to rehome him for everyones safety.

No one here is happy to see him go, even my son says hes a good boy and is sad Im rehoming him. But I dont want to see anyone hurt from another accident like this.
I will travel most of the state of Michigan for you to meet my big boy. If all goes well, he can travel home with you - Ill give you his records, some food to transition his diet, his harness, leash, and travel crate. If its not working out, Ill take him back in a heartbeat.
