I would take him in but I cant have anymore dogs in my apartment. He is a very good dog bu he needs to be with someone who is very active because he has so much energy, he gets along well with other dogs. No he is not neutered. He will not come with any paperwork. He loves to cuddle, loves to play in the yard all day lol. He comes to the back door when ready to come in he was born 4/5/2023 so he is very trained his name is ACE.
