message gwilde about this ad This solid oak vanity/buffet was made in or around early 20th century about 1900 to 1920s. It has the original glass mirror. The drawer and door pulls, knobs, handles, etc. ( name you want to use) was replaced with Art Deco era glass knobs. The original pulls, knobs, handles, etc. was wood and in bad shape. The original wheels were wood wheel; some of the wood wheel had split in half, and were lost in time. The new wheels that are on it now were installed around the early 80s. The vanity/buffet was refinished in late 70s or early 80s. No repairs were done to the vanity/buffet at the time for the main reason none was needed. There is no center divider in the middle compartment. One draw had some kind of purple fabric which was removed before the 60s when I got the vanity/buffet.
