Female American pitbull

Good morning we have an American female pitbull that we need to find her forever home. She is house trained fully vaccinated rabies is due in November. She gets along with my small dogs but not sure about other big dogs. When she gets excited she woos when you come home. She is crate trained, loves to go on car rides. She needs a yard to be able to run around in. She loves to cuddle on the couch or even in the bed with you.
The only reason behind this post is we just made a move and land lord changed her mind on letting us have her here she is a very good girl and this is going to be very hard but we are looking out for her best interest.
