The owner, Chris, is an absolute gem. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent about everything. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, answered every single question I had (and I had a lot and made sure I felt completely confident before bringing home my new feathered family member. Chris sent me weekly updates and pics of our precious Izzy while she was being weaned. You can tell he hand-raises these parrots with so much care and attention it shows in their health, their personalities, and how well-socialized they are right from day one.
Today we brought home the most beautiful African Grey, Izzy, and she has been an absolute joy. Shes healthy, curious, playful, and already starting to mimic sounds and bond with us like shes known us forever. Chris even followed up after the purchase to make sure we were all settling in and gave me fantastic tips on her diet, training, and enrichment.
