It has a heated, enclosed underbelly and can be used year round. 20 gallon hot water heater and full size bathroom, shower, closet, and residential refrigerator (new in 2021) a bath and a half, pantry, and enough storage to even comfortably live in the rv full time if you wanted to! We replaced the king size memory foam mattress with a queen size spring mattress and removed the couch so we could put a queen size air mattress in that space, but you could replace the couch and bed if youd like.
