Welcome to Fergys Danes! We are a small, family-based Great Dane breeder located in Woodstock, Ohio. Our Danes are our family pets first, and our puppies are born and raised right in our home alongside our six kids, other dogs, and all the noise, activity, cuddles, playtime, and chaos that comes with everyday family life.
Our current litter from Lucy & Sherman was born June 30, 2026. These beautiful babies are 6 weeks old and will be ready for their forever homes at 8 weeks just TWO more weeks! Our puppies arent raised away from people in a kennel. They grow up right in the middle of our home and are handled, played with, cuddled, and loved every single day.
They are exposed to children, adults, other dogs, normal household noises and activity, different surfaces and environments, indoor and outdoor play, and lots and lots of attention.
With six kids in our family, there is definitely no shortage of socialization around here!
We want our puppies to leave us confident, social, and already accustomed to the sights, sounds, activity, and affection that come with being part of a real family. HEALTH & WHAT COMES WITH YOUR PUPPY

We believe in being open with prospective families about our dogs, their backgrounds, and their health testing.
Lucy has completed OFA testing and has her CHIC certification.
Sherman has completed Embark DNA & genetic health testing.
Most importantly, our adult Danes are our pets and family members first. Our girls are not bred every heat cycle. We wait until they are physically and mentally mature before breeding, and breeding decisions are made with their health, maturity, and overall well-being in mind.
