Otis here will be 4 this December 12th, 2026. He is not neutered, is healthy, and up to date on all shots. Both parents are AKC registered. I never registered him, but have the paper to. Due to no fault of his own, but rather a terrible accident in our family that has changed our lives, our family can no longer keep him. He has not been trained to be livestock guardian but has been around chickens briefly in the past and not hurt them. He has excellent potential to be whatever kind of dog you want him to be for your family. He just needs some patient, loving training and direction. He has been very protective of our property and children. He has warned strangers a few times in a subtle, undesirable manner, but only out of fear for his family, not viciously. He will need to be contained properly so he doesn't run away from his new family and carefully introduced to visitors. He barks. Yes, he's a dog that barks.
