11yr old mare from twin peaks California, she is 152hh and built like a tank. She is titled, she respects fencing well and gets along with other horses, I have her with mini ponies and weanling foals in hot wire fencing. She is not broke to halter, lead or ride, she is timid but does not offer to hurt you, only wants to escape you, shes a smart smart mare with a troubled past I believe. She was caught as a 4yr old and then stayed in holding all her life in the BLM until September 24. You make that make sense, cause it doesnt to me, shes also had a couple of dun foals, a couple in the wild and then a couple in holding lol. None with me since I got her. But I do believe shes homozygous for the dun gene and has the splash gene, shes a good mama though, cause she loves my weanlings and ponies and treats them very kindly! She is cheap because she is not handled. I am not negotiable. If you cant afford the price you cant afford a vet bill IMO. Im not in a rush to move her along. Shes happy here, I just am downsizing so she is listed among others.
