Baby cobalt quaker -- $350

I have a sweet little baby cobalt Quaker who is just so adorable! Born June 7 this year. I want to find them the best pet home. I will want to know the setup you have for them and if you know about this particular species.
I have never shipped a bird and really dont feel comfortable doing that.
I live near St. Louis MO.
