Attendant's daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: development and implementation of a plan for coaching and teaching daily living skills, toileting, dressing, planning/preparing/serving meals, providing companionship, creating opportunities for leisure activities/exercise, and providing constant supervision to ensure a safe and secure environment for the individual. Applicant must have reliable transportation to report to shifts on time and to transport the individual to scheduled activities outside the home as needed. Applicant must be licensed and bonded, show proof of certified training and experience with adults with intellectual disabilities/autism, be CPR certified, and be willing to submit to a background check. Applicant must be able to commit to a flexible schedule that may vary from day to day and week to week. There are no additional benefits with this position.
