Looking for Sevice Dog -- $1,235

I am looking for a puppy to have trained as my service dog. I have PTSD, anxiety, RA, Systemic Sclerosis, and other autoimmune diseases. I have been approved for a service dog, and im on the hunt for an appropriate partner candidate. Requirements include being between 8-10 weeks, or, up to 1 1/2 years with previous obedience training. Im not particularly on size, but must be big enough to be able to retrieve dropped items, as well as my phone, and a light weight medicine pouch. Said pouch will also be attached to the vest when away from home. Also tall enough to push door buttons when out on my scooter, or in a chair.
Temperament must be tolerant, and not reactive, confident, and not shy. I will have to rely, on you, the breeder, to be able to recommend one puppy over another. I PREFER a female but not a must. They will be spayed when age/weight appropriate, anyway.
I've decided on a poodle, due to their intelligence, no shedding, and this may not be understood by all but the FEEL of their coat ( sensory Also, poodles apear a lot less intimidating to children, than say, a German Sheherd, and I have a neice who is scared of dogs.
My neighbor is a groomer, and ive talked with her about what my grooming needs will be. She will know my dog, so it will never be dropped to a stranger for a groom. My dog will not be left home alone, once training begins, and as little as possible before. I have a friend who has agreed to go to appts with me, and if my dog is not allowed in before passing the public access test, she will sit in the car with it, with heat or air running, to keep it comfortable, and to not break the pattern of being my partner.
My yard has a 6 foot privacy fence. Plenty of toys and spoiling will be going on in down time.
Being on disability, I'm finding it hard to find an affordable dog I really need to make payments, as im also trying to save for training. .I want to start as soon as possible. The traing will take place at a facility in Fishers, IN, and we will be training together. I will be my dog's world, as he/she opens up mine.
If you are willing to work with someone like me, with payments, or a retired dog that you feel would be a good candidate, please let me know. Classes start in July, and im really hoping to be ready.
