looking for TAME bird

I'm looking for a hand tame, FRIENDLY bird. We currently have a cockatiel and would prefer another, but would be open to a Conure or Quaker, as long as the temperment is right. Prefer younger, but open to all.
I do have a Quaker who is very timid & needs work that I would be willing to trade in order to get the perfect match.
