message parks4 about this ad 14yrs old Congo African gray needs a loving home I rescued him and not able to care for him like I thought. Does have to go the vet every 3mon due to beak overgrowth due to past owner only giving him seed diet. Comes with large cage with play top and a play stand all including any food left over and travel cage. Adoption fee is firm due to making sure he goes to a family who understands his needs and care. I can email or text pictures and videos for whatever reason I can't get them to upload on here. No cash is exchanged until met in person for pickup due to scams. Cash only He has all his feather grown out now on his chest he doesn't pluck it at all talks and will step up prefers men but will go to women. Can't fly due to past owner clipping wings severely short Vet isn't sure if they will ever grow back fully due to them cutting them like a "chicken clip" vs a parrot wing clip.
